An article published by KQED Science (
bit.ly/2hLv5Fu) features James Heilman, an emergency room physician in British Columbia who has dedicated a large portion of his time to updating Wikipedia entries on health-related topics. We've all been warned about the risks of using information from Wikipedia, a website that anybody can edit. However, Heilman and the WikiProject Medicine Group he has created appear to be on the forefront of a large-scale movement focused on making Wikipedia's health-related content more reliable.
Has anybody used health-related information on Wikipedia lately? If so, of what quality was this material?
